Kaduna State Water Corporation (KADSWAC) operates through specialized departments responsible for efficient water production, distribution, administration, and service delivery across Kaduna State.
The Administration & Human Resource Department oversees personnel management, staff welfare, recruitment, training, promotions, discipline, and general administrative services. It ensures compliance with civil service regulations, coordinates capacity building, and manages protocols, records, and corporate services.
The Audit Department monitors internal controls, financial compliance, risk management, and ensures transparency in all operations of the Corporation.
The Commercial Department handles customer services, billing, revenue generation, meter management, and complaint resolution.
The Corporate Planning Department manages strategic planning, performance monitoring, policy formulation, and long-term development.
