Kaduna State Water Corporation (KADSWAC) operates through specialized departments responsible for efficient water production, distribution, administration, and service delivery across Kaduna State.
The Administration & Human Resource Department oversees personnel management, staff welfare, recruitment, training, promotions, discipline, and general administrative services. It ensures compliance with civil service regulations, coordinates capacity building, and manages protocols, records, and corporate services of the Corporation.
The Audit Department monitors internal controls, financial compliance, risk management, and ensures transparency in all operations of the Corporation.
The Commercial Department handles customer services, billing, revenue generation, meter management, and complaint resolution. It plays a vital role in improving customer satisfaction and sustaining financial viability.
The Corporate Planning Department manages strategic planning, performance monitoring, policy formulation, and long-term development of KADSWAC operations.
The Finance Department is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, treasury management, and financial reporting. It ensures prudent use of resources and accountability.
The Project Department coordinates infrastructure development, expansion projects, and donor-funded initiatives across the state.
The SURWASH Program is the “Sustainable Urban and Rural Water Supply Sanitation and Hygiene Program for Results (SURWASH). It supports the Nigerian Government in implementing the National Action Plan for WASH, targeting rural, small town, and urban water supply services to achieve SDGs 6.1 & 6.2 by 2030.
The Quality Control Department ensures all water supplied by KADSWAC meets national and international drinking water standards through laboratory testing and monitoring.
The Operations Department manages water production, treatment, transmission, and distribution across Kaduna State, ensuring uninterrupted supply.
The Urban Sanitation Department oversees sanitation services, waste management, and hygiene promotion within urban areas.
