Review of Independent Verification Agent (IVA) assessment results with KADSWAC M&E and Finance Units, leading to the development of an action plan with defined responsibilities, implementation timelines and monitoring mechanisms.
Technical engagements with KADSWAC and KEPA facilitated the identification of high-impact, quick-win initiatives for rapid implementation. Priority actions were selected based on their potential to generate verifiable results and contribute to performance targets ahead of the upcoming verification cycle.
